Email QRs to prepaid guests, a printed self-register QR for walk-ups, and a paddle-scan flow for the door. Guests are admitted in under 3 seconds.
Public wallet page (/event/:id/ticket/:paddle) shows the QR, paddle #, and assigned table with sponsor — guests just pull up the link. Volunteers scan it straight off the phone screen to ring up purchases.
